Finding the perfect venue for you is one of the most important part of our jobs. We begin after our initial consultation, by sending you information and prices of the venue’s we feel most likely to fit your requirements. We will help you draw up a shortlist of suitable venues – we recommend 6 – 8 maximum and then, the exciting times begin, as you will come to Ronda , meet the team and spend a day viewing venues with your Planner.

CHURCH WEDDING, CIVIL MARRIAGE OR BLESSING CEREMONY

We will advise you on the ways you can marry or celebrate your marriage in Spain . Helping you with all legal paperwork requirements before and after the ceremony.

We will provide you different options for you: a limousine, a vintage car, a carriage o a luxury car…you choose! We also offer transportation for your guests: airport transfers, buses…we make it easy!

Once your venue is chosen, your guests will want to know where to stay. We will provide you will a comprehensive list of hotels, rental apartments and recommended holiday rental agencies, which will in easy, close proximity to your chosen venue, we suggest you include this list with your save the date or invitations. Make your guest’s lives easy!!!

On the day co ordination. If you have done your wedding planning yourself, but just feel you need someone else to be the “hands on person” for the wedding day , we offer an “on the day" co ordination service . Your Planner will reconfirm all supplier appointments 1 week before the wedding . Be present on the day of the wedding, from 1st supplier arrival until first dance, ensure the venue is decorated as per your instructions and be the on the day point of contact for all guests.
